Street sewer filters

COALSI street sewer filters cut down on exhaust air containing gaseous emissions. In contrast with conventional activated carbon filters, biological methods considerably improve filter action.

The hybrid activated carbon filter with its microbiological backup stops odour emissions from all common sewer manholes. The siphon system ensures a uniform distribution of the air stream while at the same time allowing unimpeded passage of water despite the odour barrier. This ensures optimum ventilation of the sewer system and reliable, inexpensive and low-maintenance odour removal.
