Solutions for odor problems in small sewage treatment plants

When unpleasant odors escape from the shaft, they quickly become a nuisance for residents and neighbors. With the COALSI clamping ring, our odor filter system can be easily retrofitted into plastic and special shafts – without the need for drilling, doweling, or welding.

Challenges

When unpleasant odors arise right on your doorstep

Odor problems in small wastewater treatment systems are particularly unpleasant when the system is located in the immediate vicinity of living areas. At the same time, retrofitting a conventional odor filter is not always easy – especially with plastic or special shafts that lack suitable mounting options.

Unpleasant odors on the property

Odors from the shaft can bother residents and neighbors and diminish the quality of life around the property.

‍

Plastic & special shafts

Many plastic and special shafts lack suitable mounting options for conventional odor filters.

‍

No complex modifications

A suitable solution should be retrofittable without requiring structural changes to the existing shaft.

‍

Maintenance must remain simple

Access to the shaft must be maintained for maintenance and inspection work even after the filter has been installed.

‍
